The full rate error meter is an instrument used to measure the bit error rate in digital communication system. It can generate data streams of various rates and detect the number of error codes at the receiving end, thus evaluating the performance of the communication system.
Full-rate error detectors usually have multiple rate options and can simulate data transmission at different rates. It can produce a random stream of bits or a predefined test pattern to simulate data transmission in a real communication environment. At the receiving end, the error meter will detect and count the number of error codes, and display them in a certain format so that users can analyze the performance of the communication system.
