SFP Encapsulation Interface Applicable To Conventional SFPother Optical Modules
The U9603 Test board is a dedicated active module test device for SFP packages. It uses devices such as error detectors, attenuators and oscilloscopes to evaluate the transmitting performance indicators (such as eye-graph related indicators) and receiving performance indicators (such as sensitivity indicators) of the active module. In addition, it can read and write module EEPROM information and so on.
The U9603 test board supports a variety of SFP packaged interfaces, including regular SFP, SFP+, SFP28, SFP56, and other rates ranging from 1.25Gbps to 56Gbps. Its TX, RX electrical interface type is 40GHz 2.92mm female, supporting real-time current monitoring and overcurrent protection. At the same time, it also has the power supply voltage pull off test function, the voltage range is from 2.8V to 4.0V adjustable, can meet the module pull off the minimum 3.0V and maximum 3.6V voltage pressure test. In addition, it can also support industrial temperature environment applications, and has MCU I2C rate of about 100KHz data read and write function.
