Directions for use
1.The power supply
Before starting the device, check whether the input voltage is the rated input voltage of the device and whether the grounding is good.The light source uses 220V AC 50Hz AC power supply.
2.Key section Description
Power switch: After connecting the power cable, turn on this switch to power on the device, and the power indicator lights up.
Laser switch ON key: press this key to turn ON or turn off the laser output light, but the light source inside the laser protection, using software slow start and slow off technology, after pressing the key, it takes 30 seconds to turn ON the light normally or completely turn off, upward movement, indicating that the laser is ON state;, snap down, indicating that the laser is in the OFF state.The light source has memory function. When the laser is turned on, the output power of the light source will automatically recover to the last output power.
3.On/off machine Instructions
Starting sequence:
1) Press the Power button to turn on the Power
2) Remove the output cap of the laser and connect the matching jumper.
3) Dial the Laser ON button to open the Laser.
Note: 1. After the power supply is turned off, it should be at least 30 seconds before the power supply can be restarted. Otherwise, the laser service life will be affected.
2, the stable work of the light source needs 30 minutes to start the warm-up time.
Shutdown Sequence:
1) Dial the Laser ON key Laser.
2) Press the Power button to turn off the Power supply.
4.Indicator light
Power Power indicator: If the Power supply is normal, the indicator is red.
Laser on Indicator: The Laser is green when it is normally started.
1.Stability considerations: The light source is highly stable. In order to ensure the output stability of the product during use, please pay attention to the following:
1) Before use, please make sure to keep the output tail fiber end face clean, especially if there is dirt on the output end face, it will affect the output optical power and stability.
2) Avoid using the product in dirty and vibrating environment. The product contains precision optical components. More dust and vibration will degrade the quality of the components, which will lead to the reduction of the stability of the product.
3) Avoid using the product in the environment with large temperature and humidity changes. Although the product has a wide range of temperature and humidity, the stability index given is given in a small range of environmental changes. When the temperature and humidity change greatly, the equipment will automatically establish a stable balance, during which the stability will become worse.A certain heat stabilization time is required when the device is started. 30 minutes is recommended.
4) Use the optical jumper with good quality and the interface matching the equipment to connect the outlet.In principle, the shorter the jumper, the better, and do not allow the jumper to move freely.
2. Reflected light control:
For high-power lasers, any reflected light may lead to unstable operation of the laser or even damage to the laser. Most of the reflected light comes from: poor end reflection, poor Return Loss index of devices, and light of itself or other wavelengths brought by certain optical path structures into the laser.Before connecting the light source to the optical path, ensure that no reflected light enters the device.
3.ESD Prevention:
The internal laser and some chips are electrostatic sensitive devices. When the human body or other objects with high static electricity touch the device, especially the exposed connector, the device may be irreparably damaged. Therefore, it is recommended that: The device is well grounded and the operator take electrostatic protection measures.
4. Power supply:
Ensure that the input power supply is within the voltage and current range required by the device specifications, and do not accidentally power off the power when the device is in use.
5. Personal safety:
Do not look directly into the optical fiber output end face when the light source is working, no matter it is the light source outlet or the external connection jumper port.Do not expose your skin directly to bright light, which may cause serious injury.
