Product overview

    A clock recovery device can receive an input data (or clock) signal, lock it using a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit, and output a recovery clock. The recovered clock can be used as the time reference of the oscilloscope or BERT. When the sampling oscilloscope tests the optical eye pattern and waveform, the crossover clock with the same origin as the measured signal is needed to trigger. CDR (Clock recovery) module is mainly used for sampling oscilloscope test optical eye map, but does not provide a trigger clock test environment, the typical application is the test of optical network equipment, because the measured device itself does not have a frequency division clock output, in the test of optical eye map need to recover the clock signal for triggering the sampling oscilloscope.
    U9720B CDR with an FC optical interface adapter, suitable for conventional SFP28/56, SR, LR and BIDI and other modules of optical signal access, support NRZ and PAM4 signals, FC optical interface to receive optical signals into electrical signals, CDR then extract the signal clock and output. The clock signal is mainly used as the trigger signal of the oscilloscope.
