15Gbps Full Rate CDR High-speed Communication Test Equipment
The 15Gbps full-rate clock recovery instrument is a key testing device used in high-speed communication systems (such as optical communication, data center interconnection, etc.). Its core function is to extract clock signals from high-speed data streams to ensure that the receiving end can correctly decode the data.
U9710C CDR with an FC optical interface adapter, which is suitable for SFP encapsulated conventional SFP, SFP+, OLT SFP and other optical modules. The FC optical interface to receive optical signals into electrical signals, and then extract and output the clock of the electrical signal. The clock signal is mainly used for the trigger signal of oscilloscope.

Typical application scenarios
Research and development and production of optical modules
In the test of 10G/25G optical modules, the clock recovery instrument is used to extract the clock signal at the transmitting end to verify the eye pattern quality, jitter performance and bit error rate of the module.
It is used in conjunction with a sampling oscilloscope (such as Tektronix DSA8300) or a bit error rate tester (such as Anritsu MP1900A).
High-speed link testing
In data centers or 5G base stations, it is used to test the signal integrity of high-speed backplanes, cables or connectors.
By restoring the clock signal, the insertion loss, return loss and crosstalk in the link are analyzed.
Protocol conformance test
Verify whether the device complies with the clock recovery requirements in the IEEE 802.3ba (40G/100G Ethernet) or ITU-T G.709 (OTN) standards.
