UC8310/UC8320 desktop optical attenuator is a high precision, wide range optical power attenuation instrument.The new data acquisition and processing method is adopted, which has a larger SNR and a faster response speed, and can reach a large and continuous tunable dynamic attenuation range of 0-60 dB.
The UC8310/UC8320 desktop optical attenuator is mainly used for channel balancing, power balancing, gain slope and power adjustment in DWDM system, as well as optical measurement and application of AWG & PLC components, optical amplifiers and other general optical fibers.

The power supply requirements
The UC8310/UC8320 benchtop optical attenuator complies with overvoltage Class II regulations.The operating voltage is 100 ~ 240V AC voltage, the frequency range is 48 ~ 66Hz, the operating voltage is 115V, the maximum consumption current is 230mA;When the operating voltage is 230V, the maximum consumption current is 120mA.
Power Cable Requirements
According to international safety standards, the instrument is equipped with a 3-core power cord that meets national standards.Connect the power cable only to the power socket with ground protection.

USB port
The USB interface is a standard 4-core B-type interface, which can be connected to UC8310/UC8320 and PC, and the instrument can be controlled by monitoring software.
USB connection cable
The length of the USB cable cannot exceed 5 m. Otherwise, only a third-party USB peripheral extender can be used. Generally, the maximum extension length can reach 50 m.
