Optical Power Meter Host And External Ultra-Thin PD
The U82024 ultra-thin PD external optical power probe uses InGaAs as a detector type, the detection surface size reaches φ2mm, and the wavelength range covers 900 to 1700nm, which is a very wide wavelength range.
In addition, the probe has a segmented calibration function, including calibration wavelengths of 1310nm, 1550nm and 1650nm. In terms of power, it measures from +10dBm to -45dBm, while the power sampling period (rate) is 1ms (i.e., 1KHz).
