Economical Optical Power Meter With Single Channel BNC Interface
The working principle of the single channel economical optical power meter is based on the photoelectric effect and signal processing technology. When the light signal enters the optical power timer, it is first received by a light detector (such as a photodiode). The light detector converts the received light signal into an electrical signal, which is then amplified by an amplifier. The amplified signal is converted into a digital signal by an analog-to-digital converter and processed by a microcontroller or a digital signal processor. Finally, the processed signal is displayed in digital form on the screen, representing the numerical value of the optical power.
